This was created on Corel 8, from a photo taken by Zoltan Farkas of his cat, Grimalkin or Malki for short. Malki is a monstrous great cat and is the son of my cat, Colette. In fact I was at the delivery of this guy. He was her first and largest kitten - he actually got stuck and I had to haul him into this world by the hind leg and tail.....a wonderful cat as it turned out, a real character. I also made an oil painting the old fashioned way from the same photo. Althugh the cat is very fine, it was actually the beautiful light in the fuzzy background of this photo that made me want to paint it.
