I found this cool thing to do with certain line drawings, in Irfanview ( my graphics Handling program ) if I make a negative image of the drawing and then apply the effect 'emboss', it will look like this, only in a horrid, dead grey color. So It also has an 'enhance color' tool and I fool around with that until I find a color that seems right.
